They are charged as adults with 1st degree attempted intentional homicide and held with $500,000 bond, each.
I was in the courtroom and the two showed absolutely no emotion during the hearing. The criminal complaint reads like a bad TV movie.
It’s really sad that their victim, also 12, faces a lengthy recovery from potentially life-altering injuries. At least it looks like she will survive.
