I fully understand what he is saying about impeachment: yes, Obama may deserve to be impeached, but look at what we have to work with. He would be impeached in the House, but he can't be removed from office unless he is convicted in the Senate. We just don't have the numbers for success (Democrats are NOT going to vote to convict), and there are too many unreliable Senate Republicans. We need to think this effort through to its logical conclusion. If we do that, it works out to be Clinton Impeachment Part Deux, especially with a critical election looming. Democrats would LOVE for us to go there. They would use it to light a fire under their African-American base, which is loyal to Obama but tend not to turn out for Congressional elections.
Yes, Obama has two years left to do even more damage to the country. The best way to undermine him is to get more conservatives in office in the House and Senate.
