Trumka: 'Act Without Delay to End the Deportation Crisis'
AFL-CIO ^ | 5/28/2014 | Kenneth Quinnell

Posted on 05/29/2014 3:41:18 PM PDT by mdittmar

AFL-CIO President Richard Trumka issued the following statement in response to the ongoing deportation crisis in the U.S.:

We face a grave moral crisis on immigration reform.  Our long-held belief is that every possible step that could be taken should be taken with great urgency.  We reiterate our urgent plea that all political leaders, in both branches, act without delay to end the deportation crisis.

That means that the executive branch must provide all those who would qualify for citizenship under the bipartisan Senate Bill affirmative status with work authorization, as laid out in our policy statement

And that means that Republican leaders must stop catering to extremists and pursue sound public policy by immediately scheduling a vote on HR 15, the House version of the bipartisan Senate immigration bill.

And unions must stop blowing member dues on politics that most members disagree with.

How about we do something to defeat Mexico’s invasion instead, Mr. Trunko?

That would be because of the liberal republican Senate leadership.

"End the deportation crisis" ?

You betcha. Deport them ALL, and their anchor babies too. Don't want to break up families.

The Bamster is under incredible pressure to do that which he is predisposed to do.

For him, every day is cold deliberation, of how to best implement his evil, statist compulsions.

In a spectator sport sort of way, I almost wish he declares those millions of illegals to be Americans and simultaneously register them as democrats.

Why should I miss the final act to the greatest tragedy in history?

I agree, act without delay to end the deportation crisis. End the crisis by actually deporting the criminals instead of cutting them loose!

The Democrats seek more voters, and apparently the unions seek more members (and current members be damned).

Excuse me, what deportation crisis? Radio Fox news reported today that ICE is now flying illegals to various locations here in the US and making sure they get set up to be taken care of at tax payer expense. That to me isn’t just not enforcing the law, that’s breaking the law. Sheeple of the nation, we are being run over by the criminals in DC.

I agree with Trumka. We must end the “deportation crisis” immediately - by deporting his Red ass to Cuba.

There, problem solved.

Unbelievable. This just goes to show that this pimp Trumka has absolutely no interest in the protection of his membership. He’s advocating wage suppression.

“We reiterate our urgent plea that all political leaders, in both branches, act without delay to end the deportation crisis.”

There wouldn’t be a deportation crisis if they just deported them.
