What is fracking?
Hydraulic injection that fractures rock to get petroleum.
Fracking or fracturing is where sand is pumped down a well using a gel and forced into a formation .
When the gel breaks down it leaves the sand which is more porous than the rock in the formation, allowing gas and oil to flow much easier.
The tree hungers claim the gel contaminates water, baby seals, trees, and the momma sand the papas graves.
When to people love each other very much... Oh you said Fracking... never mind.
