Paid for health insurance, not the people doing unhealthy things.

I’m not responsible for what others do and when I can, as in not signing up for Obamacare, I will not pay for what they do. I love America because it’s based on liberty and I hate the federal government because it’s based on oppression.

Some of the dire predictions of moralists did come true: Gonorrhea rates rose. Side effects like blood clots emerged.

How about long-term effects on breast-cancer rates?

“.. take from heterosexual Peter and give to homosexual Paul...”

My apologies to Rudyard Kipling.

It’s Not Nice to Fool Mother Nature!

No matter what they try to come up with — Mother Nature will always have the last word...some things just aren’t supposed to be and there are consequences for all our actions and lying won’t stop the consequences.

Sounds like a great way to select for Truvada-resistant HIV

“For now, Truvada has no Andromeda or Margaret Sanger.”

Shhhhh! Obama will hear that and step forward. He wants to be “savior” so badly!

This is as insane as trying to make Russian Roulette “safer” by adding a few chambers to the cylinder of the revolver, and then encouraging the idiots to keep playing.

Rubbing my eyes in disbelief. Are the Gay Mafia at the Times really equating avoidance of conception with avoidance of venereal disease? Is that what we're reading here?

I believe we can trace the decline of our moral fiber to The Pill. Once pregnancy was removed as a consequence of random sex, the physical reason to avoid the most pleasurable of human acts was erased, leaving only the moral imperatives to guide our behavior.

In the battle of conscience versus Id, Id wins every time.

I worked for Searle for years. Enovid has always been known by doctors as an effective, though powerful contraceptive ... it is a high dose medication in a woprld where losest dose that works is considered best. The follow-up contraceptive to Enovid was Ovulen, still a high dose hormone medication. That drug led to the development of Demulen, a more measured dose of hormone therapy to prevent ovulation, as all three were aimed at doing. The Enovid was so strong in suppressing ovulation that when the patients stopped the drug, they popped out ovum like popcorn, enhancing fertility.

Now, if we can just get Hep-C taken care of, we can share needles again! (/S)
