It was a constitutional amendment passed by 2/3 of Oregon voters. Oregon would have more Republican congressmen, but for liberal gerrymandering.

The FACT is that anywhere that it is voted on, the voters vote for One man ONE woman marriage as the only form. It is only through the judiciary and I believe in one state the legislature, through judicial pushing, that homosexual marriage was voted for.
