You bet they are worried.
What they fail to mention is that the current oil boom is a result of exploration and drilling on " private " land, not federal or public land.
They also forget about the conventional oil out in the gulf of Mexico and other oil that has been found in South America.
The demand for oil has also dropped in North America.
