"Time for legislation to hold police, district attorneys, and judges accountable." How do you hold them accountable?
- Call the Justice Dept?
- Vote them out of office?
- Wave the former Constitution?, or, like generations of the 30's and 40's,
- Be thankful "they" didn't come for you?

The only way out of this tyranny is to bring all the rabid communist dogs to ground temperature.
how do you hold them accountable? Simple, remove the shield of sovereign immunity. Get the city's insurance company out of the way and reach out and touch someone.
Think a little more care might be taken in the warrant process if it was literally "you bet your house?" The tort lawyers would love this and there's the problem.
