"Blair campaigned on an antiabortion, pro-Second Amendment platform" Does anyone know what Del. Larry Kump (R) campaigned on?

The incumbent that was defeated in a low-turnout Republican primary was a good conservative Republican, Delegate Larry Kump, whose views can be seen at
LarryKump.com The teenager happens to be the daughter of another incumbent politician, hence automatic name recognition.
There is no story here except the novelty factor.
