I was merely razzing the Catholic Church for its rejection of the historical truth of Genesis.

I am not a chrstian at all, and my understanding is that whatever algae or microbes may exist elsewhere in the universe, the only people are on earth. The entire universe and everything in it was created so Israel could keep the Torah.
