What makes you believe the agencies are not focusing their time and resources in a way that best serves the Countrys security and liberties? Little things like:
- The wholesale disregard for the 4th amendment.
- The wholesale disregard for the 5th amendment.
- The wholesale disregard for the 6th amendment.
- The painting of dissenters (pro-life, state's-rights, etc) as
possible terrorists
— with heavy implication 'possible' is probable. - The willingness to use what would be illegitimate information in court as if it were legitimate information. (Search
parallel construction
.) - The willingness of our elites to suspend Habeus Corpus — allowing indefinite 'detention'.
(It's 'detention' that way they can say it's not prosecution, so the 6th doesn't apply.
) - The willingness to seize property; often with little recourse.
- The willingness to selectively enforce the law.
- The fact that such agencies have little to no interest in uprooting corruption [among out elite].
- The fact that they gain power by [the FedGov] being unconstrained by the Constitution — those in power are disinclined to surrender it.
What makes you think that they
are serving the interests of liberty and the country's safety?

The NSA and/or CIA have committed the crimes you enumerated?
