Just minutes ago, the world was informed that a Select Committee investigation on Benghazi has finally been announced. This will bypass Barack Obama, Eric Holder, and will likely lead to the impeachment of Barack Obama and the end of Hillary Clinton’s career.
The only question is why this hadn’t been done sooner. Benghazi was a massive system of crimes, cover ups, and outright lies by the Obama administration. Their goal was to win an election in 2012… but the cost might be impeachment in 2015.
Make sure to spread this story everywhere. The American people must wake up and see what’s happening. This is the perfect opportunity for exactly that to happen. Nobody should be allowed to get away with murder — not even the president of the United States.

UPDATE: Other news organizations confirm the report below that House speaker John Boehner will announce the formation of a select committee on Benghazi, led by Rep. Trey Gowdy.

House Speaker John Boehner is “seriously considering” appointing a select committee to investigate the attacks on the U.S. diplomatic post in Benghazi, Libya, according to a senior GOP leadership aide. The move comes after the revelation of an email from a top Obama national security official, Ben Rhodes, instructing Susan Rice to focus on an anti-Muslim internet video to explain the attacks.
“The new emails this week were the straw that broke the camel’s back,” says the aide. “The Speaker was furious to learn that the admininstration withheld relevant documents from a congressional subpoena. He’s sick and tired of this evasion and obstruction from the administration, and wants a solution to finally force accountability, get to the truth, and provide justice.”
Please note that “seriously considering” was the older version of the story — since then, it’s been updated. This IS happening. Justice WILL be served.
Well, the announcement came at the same time BO was giving a press conference so it was perfect timing!

Boehner has long faced pressured from rank-and-file members for months to form such a panel to probe the attacks which killed four Americans including a U.S. ambassador, and until now had resisted. Fox News is told the speaker made the decision Thursday to go forward with a vote. The committee is expected to be bipartisan, and Fox News is told Rep. Trey Gowdy, R-S.C., is among those being considered to lead it.

Personally, I’m looking forward to the boy-king’s snits, tantrums, and off-scripting.
The republicans have patiently given the Administration plenty of rope to hang themselves. the lies and secret memos have the fingerprints of all of the top people.
The house will vote to impeach if they value our form of government.
The senate will get an airtight case presented to them. If the don't convict there may be anarchy. If the do convict there may be anarchy.
They will go after Trey Gowdy (remember Ken Starr, et. al.?), but he will not fold. He is one tough hombre.
We are getting pretty close to going scorched earth on him and his whole cast of flying monkeys. And her evilness as well.
Rep. Trey Gowdy is an outstanding legislator and defender of freedom. Couldn’t be more pleased that he will lead the committee.
The democrats will lock arms to fight this. And, truthfully, this could very well hurt the republicans in the next election. But they should do what’s right no matter what.
Obama will resign.

He’d be great, wouldn’t he? There’s a true crime series called Forensic Files that I watch occasionally, where they do interviews with the real people who were involved with the case. I saw one recently where Gowdy was being interviewed as he had been the prosecutor in the case. That man is a double whammy - smart and dogged.

Boner has his eye on the November elections. This situation required investigation from the start. Boner refused to create a committee because he is part of the problem. He may have made a major mistake in appointing Trey Gowdy. It appears that Gowdy is a true patriot. Obama will never be impeached but it would be nice to know where the Commander in Chief was during the crisis. We now know, according to Former National Security Council spokesdude Tommy Vietor, Obama was not in the situation room. Was he playing cards with Reggie Love as he did during the Osama bin Ladin raid? I am sure Congressman Gowdy will have increased security. He will need it.

I think so too, however, my take is a little different.
I think “they” delayed moving forward with a dedicated investigation/committee for timing purposes.
You see, if started too early and the investigation petered out or was derailed somehow, then the RATS would have time to recover before the election and take advantage of the ‘average’ voters ignorance and inattention. . .thereby fooling the average voter it was all a republican plot to go after the first Black president. . .ooohh. . .those nasty racists.
Now, between now and the Nov elections the committee investigations can take-off apace and:
A) Uncover more and more info and end up impeaching The Big Zero or take down many of his minions, too include Shrillery or;
B) Go great guns and uncover more and more real information right up to and through the elections.
Either way, the Big Zero and Shrillery will be fighting this issue, thereby keeping it alive in front of the average voter as the election approaches. . .
