Democrats? Maybe. I think though that the GOP likes being the second party. The losers. Where they are elected they can happily pad the pork into their districts to keep the constituents placated as they flush the constitution down the turlit ( sp). More self survi g crooked slobs than democrats. Democrats want a Marxist state and RINOs just want the status quo.

When the full blown radical leftists wrested control of the Democrat party, those that were not ‘as radical’ went to the GOP. Some, like Rick Perry changed party affiliations openly, some ‘grew into the position’. But Dems they are and their actions prove it. Amnesty, pro gay, anti military and more...none of which are traditionally conservative or ‘Republican’ positions. But they are now openly embraced. By who? Democrats pretending to have changed who they were with an R attachment and Dems remaking the party in their image funded by open Dem Libs like Soros and the USCOC.
