The chances of them winning, in today’s climate, is about 0.01%. Practical political rebuttal: In most ways firearm legislation, especially at the state level has been trending toward sanity over the past few decades, even awash as we are in anti-rights fascists. What do you think the odds are of legally revoking Constitutional recognition of one of the most important civil rights? Like 1 in 10^12 or something?
