The Obama publicized and propagandized the Islam Video as a diversion to cover for their malfeasance after the Benghazi disaster.
Very few people had even heard of the video until the Obama Administration used it as propaganda to cover up their actions in Benghazi and it certainly was not a political issue in the Muslim world until AFTER Obama Admin made it into an excuse to cover for their disaster in Benghazi
The result of that fake, manufactured propaganda diversion was a violent melt down in the Islamic world that included riots, murders and attacks on American and European Embassies world wide.
Carney is still trying to use Obama Admin manufactured video as an excuse for their failures.
