That’s just horrible, cyn. There don’t seem to be any rational adults there. He does need to be out of there and he needs someone who can deal with his psychological problems. Now compounded by abuse.

I'll say. What agency, what person, has charge of him at this point, I wonder? Is a caring person at his school (I know, I know! but it's the best we've got!) still involved and trying to right his little life? I think Cowgirl has the right idea.
