Was that after the Munich Conference deal in 1938 when Poland took part of Czechoslovakia (upper Silesia) while Hitler was taking the Sudetenland?

Just before Russia invaded Finland, Poland and the Baltics.

Correct, it is all so complicated. Did you know that when Czechoslovakia was falling apart in March 1939, both Poland and Hungary sent troops into eastern Slovak and the Carpathian region to take over, and even had a brief battle where about 100 on each side were killed? Just in general, all countries should feel free to take part in the border shift games but then shouldn’t be surprised when it turns out different (by helping unleash the chaos)!
