The GOP has a consent decree that prevents them from investigating vote fraud. It is renewed each year by a judge who comes out of retirement just for that purpose.
Ive heard that about the consent decree, but haven’t seen the reference. Do you know where it can be found?
That being said it does limit what the party can do but few people know about this and they need to get the news out which they won't.
it also doesn't affect private groups like True The Vote.
