Zero will never let it get to that point. I fully expect him to issue executive pardons for both of these a$$clowns.
Can’t pardon unless there is a conviction
If the president issued a pardon for any crimes Lerner committed while at IRS, then her claim that testifying might incriminate her would be a moot point. She only has a 5th amendment right to not testify while she has criminal liability.
A pardon only works on convicted felons, not those under arrest.
