Attorney General Eric Holder criticized drug sentences doled out under “the old regime” in a video Monday announcing the Obama administration’s “Clemency Project 2014.”
“In 2010, President Obama signed the Fair Sentencing Act reducing unfair disparities in sentences imposed on people for offenses involving different forms of cocaine. But there’s still too many people in federal prison who were sentenced under the old regime and who, as a result, will have to spend far more time in prison than they would if sentenced today for exactly the same crime. This is simply not right,” Holder says in the video....

Doesn’t matter. Let them out and in a short time they will be right back. It’s what they do and they are fine with it.
yeah, that’s Phase-2. Restoring the vote to convicted felons. So all these grateful convicts that Obama is letting out of prison can vote (multiple times) for whoever the Dems decide will follow The One.
It does matter. There will quite likely be a victim of the crime they commit.
Selling drugs. Doesn’t bother me. If you break into my house, that bothers me.

Not just blacks - most criminals are democrats too. We can't forget they're part of the base...
Holder cares about criminals of all races... but yeah the more violent forms of cocaine are primarily used by blacks...
Releasing criminals a proirity, killing jobs and the middleclass not!
Like Rove said some of these characters had their cases pled down
from w ay more serious charges. I say keep tabs on ALL of them
and when they get into more serious mischief hammer the ‘Rats
with it.

I never thought that I would come to Eric Holder’s defense in ANY matter, but I believe he was referring to the previous SENTENCING “regime” or guidelines. That sentencing regime was in effect in the Obama administration up until now.

The regime would like nothing better than to have a few of these criminals instigate heavy violence in cities around the country, to usher in martial law ‘for the safety of society’ ... as Hitler did with gun confiscation in Germany in the thirties. America is being ruled by very evil people, and not all of them are democrips, some are republicants.

Yeah, release all them nonviolent criminals. That black neighborhood is already in such great shape this can only help the situation.
Oh yeah, disproportionate percentage of incarcerated criminals are black. So release em all and let them continue that little trend of black on black violence,.
