As I was saying, we the people are the final arbiters of all things constitutional per the Declaration. Government derives its just powers at the consent of the governed. Unless I miss my guess, arbitration is on the docket.
It is time to inquire about the local sheriff’s attitude toward federales coming into his jurisdiction and doing whatever they want.
When someone stand up to the bully the coward becomes brave and it’s just a matter of time before his threats have no power! A leader has stepped forward.

Exactly right, not the courts, not the pols. US! Through the states or our own volition if necessary. What the Bundy’s and militias did was completely constitutional. I don’t trust any pol or commentator who says otherwise.

The time is quickly approaching when states must either secede from the Union or submit to slavery.
The federal govt has been successfully overthrown... sooner or later citizens are going to have to face this fact and decide how to deal with it. As a corollary we can now rename the IRS as the Geheim Statz Polizei - Ge-sta-po. Nobody can control the IRS and even the powerful fear it.
