Preview is our friend. 13 does not equal 38. :-)

True, I have jumped to a part with 13% who views him ‘entirely’ positive.
I knew there are a number of commie idiots left in Russia but I’m really surprised to learn how many.
On the other hand it shows what is a real alternative to so-called ‘Putinism’ in Russia.

Asked what they thought about Lenin's contribution to Russian history, 38 percent of Russians said his influence had been "mostly positive." ...a steady increase in Lenin's popularity since 2006, when only 29 percent rated his influence as mostly positive. The figure had risen to 36 percent by 2012. In a corresponding trend, the number of people who see Lenin's contribution as "mostly negative" has dropped from 27 percent in 2006 to 21 percent this year.
IOW, the people who lived under Stalinist rule have died off a bit since 2006, or they were identified by Putin's thugs and given a good strong talking to. (Ahem) Stalin's rule was ushered in by the mass-murder spree of Lenin and Trotsky (the latter was founder of the Red Army), and he had the rest of the cabinet of 1921 systematically exterminated, while keeping an eye on all potential rivals, using young up-and-comings to get rid of well-known accomplished henchmen. Lenin, Stalin, same kind of rule, Stalin was just more effective at it. There's been talk of late (again) of burying the pretend corpse of Lenin, that would be an improvement. Thanks No One Special.
