Make hotels in Vegas set aside comp suites for them in Vegas if you really want them to be well taken care of. Imagine how much better off they'd be in climate controlled rooms, the floor covered with sand and exactly the right food, plus no possible threats to them.
I bet the little critters would all be breeding like crazy in no time.
