I don't think Detroit can be rebuilt until they pass a law that says murder is not illegal.

Currently, murder is illegal, but the social breakdown invites a lot of violence and murder -- this chases away law-abiding citizens who might want to rebuild houses. The law is not helping; the law is a hindrance.
If murder were not illegal, I think the people being chased away would be the people who are not rebuilding the city, but merely preying on others.

“I don’t think Detroit can be rebuilt until they pass a law that says murder is not illegal.”

What you say sounds cynical, except that it’s closer to the TRUTH than the media will tell us. If those children, Obama’s children, even make it to trial in Detroit (like most loser cities) they will either be found not guilty, or will have a very light sentence - since incarceration is considered equivalent to slavery - in their minds. This case needs to be tried either at the state or federal level, to have a chance of a reasonable outcome.
