Per some blogger comments, some of the militarized BLM were glad that so many regular citizens showed up, because it caused ‘those in charge’ to back down.
At least one of those bloggers was streaming live video to the world, as events unfolded.
FoxNews reportedly had a truck there. A local CBS station had a news truck there. The major networks were busy covering more important things, like a small oil slick in the Indian Ocean.

They can’t call out the National Guard because the state guard armories are empty. They have no hardware, weapons or ammo to speak of. The US govt has raided them all over the last few years and taken it all overseas to Iraq and Afghanistan.

Ike simply FEDERALIZED the Nat Guard and used the same troops to desegregate.
Don’t be surprised if Obama does the same to attack the citizens of the USA.

There has to be division within their ranks. If the true discord comes in the US (and I think it trembles on the brink) we will fracture like Spain, its institutions and its population in their civil war.
