80% of people on jury duty are useless non-essential types looking to get a few days off with pay.

Not really the type to have the intelligence to engage in Jury Nullification, especially if the defendant isnt the right skin color.

Juries are made up of 6 or 12 people who do not have the sense to get out of jury duty.

Yes, but there’s a twist. Prosecutors have even gone so far as to ask potential jurors if they have ever heard of jury nullification, and dismissing them if they have. But this can backfire, as it might remind just one person on the jury about nullification.
