He shot the squirrel out of his window with a 22 rifle. And an officer saw him do it?
Then in conversation told the officer he had other rifles?
I am 66, about his age. Hope I am not that brain dead.
I know our local officers, but would never do what he did. Even here is Texas where the guns laws are very friendly.
