Abortion is, indeed, a gauntlet. The greatest evil is murder. The most terrible murder is killing a child. The most heinous evil possible is the death of a child inside the protection of its mother. There is no greater evil.
The cost of this evil is visited upon us in our communities and our homes every day. We are a calloused and a nasty people, not worthy of any good thing.
We have cursed ourselves with a government that oppresses, with leadership that is dishonorable. Our churches dwindle, our schools are cesspools of degradation. We suffer daily under the curse of the evil we continue to revere. We are a lost people fighting a rear guard action while retreating into a wasteland of horror.
