No one should ever fill out a census form again. I know I won’t.
Wife and I escorted the “census taker” off our property a few years ago. The guy was informed that the sheriff would be called if he walked past our no trespassing sign.
And, I suspect that the census data was illegally fed into the Civitas database Obama uses for elections. No proof, though.
A major reform of a conservative congress and president should be the prohibition of using the census to collect data beyond “an actual enumeration” as directed in the constitution.
“But we *want* that data!, we *need* that data!”, by whiny bureaucrats, is *not* enough reason to violate the constitution. They only want that data to violate the constitution further.
So it must be denied them. There is no constitutional demand that detailed statistics must be gathered from the citizenry at bayonet point. NONE.
