“Year of The Cat” is one of those songs that instantly take me back in time. I was stationed in Hawaii and remember listening to that song at night driving down Kalakua Ave along Waikiki Beach. Sort of a time stamp song for me.
The production is outstanding. I just googled it, and saw that Alan Parsons was the producer. So that explains the flawless production. The song gives me chills. Of course, I didn’t fully appreciate it back in the day. Too mature a sound for a teenager.
