That’s his understanding of the relationship between the people and the government, so the result at Bundy ranch terrified him and surprised him, so now he must demonize those who terrify him, and since he’s terrified by them, they are thus “domestic terrorists” to him. He probably really feels that way in his sick, twisted, evil little mind.
