Nope; it is Judism thru and thru.
The OLD requirements were shown for what they were: mere placeholders for the Perfect which was to come.
Most Jews did NOT accept Jesus' teachings; Paul (or someone) and others TRIED to explain to them (book of Hebrews); but they stubbornly clung to their preconceived notions and practices - none of which could cleanse a person from SIN.
That's right. Know why? Because that is not what the Messiah was supposed to do.
