Why is potable water left exposed? I mean unless this guy has a HUGE bladder I’m not sure how much his relieving himself would effect 38M gallons, but if it is exposed to the open air he isn’t the only living organism relieving himself in that water.

Assuming 1 piss = 1 quart, I’d say 1 part to every 152,000,000 parts.

But, all of you talking about dead birds and wildlife have to remember that birds and wildlife are noble life forms and humans are not.

What a bunch of morons running THAT water agency.
