It has numerous features indicating for what it is.
First of all it is sporting lies that Jews are supporting unelected regime and next proposes an obvious Nazi means to retaliate such an alleged behavior of Jews.
Who in a sane mind would ever release this crap for real in Ukraine which actually had these from the Germans in 1940s and in is well remembered by the elderly?
It is not even intended to get one fooled inside Ukraine because everyone would understand it for what it is, including Nazi supporters.
And the idea that so-called Donetsk Republic, which is campaigning as anti-Nazi alternative to Kiev regime could release it is beyond ridiculous.
It is primary an info-op by Kiev authorities, aimed at useful idiots in the West who have no idea what is going on in Ukraine but they heard something about Nazis and Russian-backed People’s Republic but their subtle brains are unable to connect dots.
An idea of info-op is to form a public opinion linking a Jew (Good) to a Kiev regime (which has some Nazi element) - “Jews supported Junta” to disconnect the Nazis (Bad) from this regime. Another idea is to link Nazis (Bad) to People’s Republic (which is not sounds particularly Good but Nazi connection makes it undisputably awful).
