Last week on the front page of our local rag was a picture of a police warning sign on the side of the highway: Warning, drug check point ahead. I wrote a letter in about it saying where was the notice that said anything about probable cause.
It has not been published yet and more than likely will not be.
First the alcohol stops, now the drug checks. What is next, stopping cars to ask the female occupant if she in the the car voluntarily in an effort to stop kidnapping or rape all under the color of law?
Perhaps we need some real cup size measurement enforcement....
