Bingo. Salvation is a gift, it must be accepted through the blood of Christ. He has no idea what he is talking about and he knows it. “For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God, not by works, so that no one can boast. Ephesians 2:8-9. Tell me he is boasting here. His money is his parameter, and he is a fool.
