Sounds like some crazy reaction to drugs, spice, bath salts or something, since he'd just released a new rap video the day before, aptly entitled "OOOH!":

Andre Johnson, aka Christ Bearer, apparently jumped off a two-story balcony in what appears to be a suicide attempt after reportedly cutting off his own penis.

He was found by police lying on the sidewalk alongside a North Hollywood apartment at approximately 1 AM on the morning of April 16. He was transported to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. No word on any attempt to reattach his penis.
