When the supreme court sold it’s soul to bring in the utterly unsupportable Roe v Wade They took a massive step in the direction of destroying their own credibility. They’ve taken MANY other such steps since.

Now that The Law comes directly from the Mouth of 0bama and the Mouth of H0lder, why shouldn’t it also come from the Mouth of Bundy?

The court has been engaged in “Progressive adjudication” since the early twentieth century. The decisions are legislative in nature;i.e goal directed, policy oriented, balancing rather than applying the law to the facts. In short, our Supreme Court Judges are “policy wonks,” a role for which a judge is admirably unsuited by the very nature of his institutional role.
