A 23 and a 3.6? The 3.6 isn't bad and a 23 is average to slightly above average. Overall, you're not going to get into most places with that score.
If you want to get into UM or MSU with that, take two years at a community college and transfer. In other words, shut up and get to work.

You can’t get in to U of M with less than a 28. And a 3.6 isn’t that great, either, if it was a 3.6. I’d originally heard 3.5.
