I was just pointing out that Napolitano’s arguement that they could use liens is specious because the BLM doesn’t care about the $$$, what they want (because they are staffed by envirals and Reid is beholden to big dollar contributors that are envirals) is those cows off the public land in question.
I think Kornze may have approved this whole stupid flash bang round up to demonstrate his power to both the locals and his homies and was caught off guard by the unexpected size of the response and push back.
So now he has two problems, the bad PR and the fact that he now looks like an ineffective commissar to the elites who place him in his sinecure.
