“Everyone should just put down they’re African-American. Let them prove otherwise”

If you can self-identify your gender why not your color and ethnicity?

I now see myself as a mauve pacific islander of Norwegian Urdu uni-sexual ambidextrous disposition. I may decide to be something else tomorrow...

If everyone filled out every questionaire as being black, muslim, transgender, this insidious state-sanctioned racial discrimation would grind to a halt. Let them prove otherwise by pulling out skin-tone charts. measure noses with calipers. and research geneologies like the effing nazis they are.

That’s an extremely good point. If people, in spite of their God-given chromosomes, can self-identify as any “gender” they choose, then it should an even simpler matter to self-identify as any race we choose, especially as we’ve been told over and over that “race is a social construct”. (That idea is tacitly ignored when dealing with medical issues, amongst other things. It’s also ignored when to ignore it works to the benefit of anyone except whites).
