The group Tea Party Patriots filed suit on this Tax Day against the Internal Revenue Service for documents about the agency’s infamous targeting of conservative groups last year.What will they do when the IRS refuses to do anything? Write a strongly worded letter? While I hope they get satisfaction, they won't get any from Holder.

Holder cannot stop a civil suit.
Also there is a provision for a RICCO action in civil law.
They should use that and name Holder and other officials in that.
