Surely Jarrett is not stupid enough to send a bunch of BLM Forrest Rangers” down to Texas after Bunkerville. The humiliation in an out of control election year will be 100 times Bunkerville. There is not enough “employable” force IN THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT to quell the anger of the American people this year. The ANGER is palpable in tens of millions of people. Unprecedented!
President Dwight D. Eisenhower reacted to this use of the Guard by federalizing the entire Arkansas National Guard and using it to protect the nine black students integrating Central High School.
In conclusion, if Perry mobilizes the Guard, Obama could just federalize it and order them down.
State control of the NG is minimal at best.
Ahh. All the Governor has to do is send a dozen Texas Rangers and the BLM will decide to back away. (of course the Rangers might us a few local rednecks as backup. hee hee hee)

The BFLM is currently a more accurate abbreviation of the BLM.
The BFLM is the abbreviation for the Bureau of FEUDAL Land Management.
Feudalism is what Europe was based on, and if it was good enough for Europe, then it is good enough for America!
Currently, the purpose of the BFLM is to provide land, free of charge, to the Commune-organized Obamanation to do with as the ruling Senate and Administration Feudal Lord Democrats see fit.
Predictions are that the cave-in Doormat Republican Leaders will, as usual, just huff and puff on TV, as required by the 2 year Congressional “No Fight Deal” that Ryan, Pelosi, Reid and Obama have forced them to sign.
Obama now knows in his smug arrogance that his “Obamanation Transformation of the United States of America” will continue unchallenged as long as Boehner and McConnell are kept in power as leaders in Congress.

Important legal note: In past, the federal courts have found that they have supremacy over state courts; and they have also found that congress has supremacy over state legislatures.
But they have *never* found that the president has supremacy over state governors. This means that if a state governor resists presidential authority, the only recourse the president has is the use of armed force by the US military.
The last time this happened was when Arkansas governor Orval Faubus, Bill Clinton’s mentor, refused to let the Little Rock high school be integrated, despite court orders. He also turned out the Arkansas National Guard to prevent it being integrated by Federal Marshals.
But his mistake was in challenging president Eisenhower, who had backbone to spare. He sent in the 101st Airborne division.
However, in a spineless tyrant like Obama, ordering the military into conflict with the Texas National Guard would be highly unlikely from any number of directions. Especially those regular army officers who tried to order it suddenly appearing on the medical roster after having fallen down a flight of stairs.

They can be federalized in a heartbeat. Eisenhower used that trick in Little Rock.
Sheriff's posse's however are not subject to that trick and until Sheriffs figure out that they have great power this stuff will continue. Bundy is a least trying to wake them up, but is not very adept at presenting the case.
I remember confirmng this on the BLM website a while ago. They list no land in Texas that is managed by them.
