I’d bet that if Bundy had continued paying the grazing fees they would still be after his ranch and trying to run him off. They have run everyone else off.

If he did, he'd be agreeing to the Federal terms, which would have reduced his herd to the point where the "minimum head" clause in his water rights contract would have caused him to lose the very water he needed for those cattle.
