"You don’t have a problem with what Reid’s doing here? If you don’t, maybe you could re-phrase your points to make a coherent argument."

I don't know exactly (or even approximately) what Rustler Reid is doing on/about the Gold Butte allotment or the Bunkerville allotment.

I do believe that the BLM (now run by Rustler Reid minion Neil Kornze) is all about eliminating the historical encumbrances on Public Land.

I'd say that the point is that the Federal Agencies should be stripped of their legislative powers and that individual legislator influence should be criminalized and enforced.

.....”Federal Agencies should be stripped of their ‘legislative powers’ and that individual legislator influence should be criminalized and enforced.”.....

How? What mechanism is in place that can do that let alone carry it out? None. There's not a politician who would carry it through, though likely give it lip service as usual.

The problem is too many positions are by “appointment” so they simply move these people from one politician’s to anothers ‘pocket’.

To even begin to attempt such a thing would be like asking for term limits....they'll never vote themselves out...never!

We’re all on the same page. There’s a separation going on now, the sheep from the goats.
One thing we’ve learned. The feds respect only three things: numbers, guns and resolve.
Don’t mean to sound cryptic about a `separation.’
OK, it’s `Cowboys vs. Statists’ time.
You’ve got those who want to dominate others, and their followers who embrace their subjugation, and the rest of us, like the Bundys who just want to be left the h*** alone.

One more thing, then I’ve got to go. (I paid Uncle Sugar today and I’ve got a bad case of chapped a**.)
The federal government is a lot like the camel that insinuates itself into the Arab’s tent—first the nose, then the neck—until the Arab finds himself on the outside looking in. Does that sound right here, Paladin2?
I suspect the BLM, led by Reids’s former Chief of Staff, started making increasing demands on the Bundys (grazing fees addressed below) while doing less and less until Bundy finaly said, “What am I paying for? Turtles? I’ll pay the state or county.” If enough cowboys hadn’t shown up, the Bundys would have been out of business.
The grazing fee is problematic, but it sounds like it became an excuse for `Harry Lamar’ to foreclose and toss his son a meaty bone. I wouldn’t be surprised to find that Bundy found that fighting the BLM was a lot like appearing in Tax court: “guilty until proved innocent.” rant concluded
I’m going to go sprinkle some talcum paper on now ...
