My guess is that he can’t get a lawyer because no competent lawyer would make those absurd arguments in federal court. The lawyer would probably have Rule 11 sanctions imposed for making an argument with no basis in fact or law. It’s not up to Cliven Bundy to interpret the Constitution as he sees fit - otherwise, don’t complain when a liberal judge does so.
