Wow, we need an article V convention of the states. Now!

We may want to consider an amendment prohibiting the ownership and regulation of land or water by the federal government. The only exception would be military bases and land needed for occupied federal buildings.

Obviously this was going to cost much more than the money that Mr. Bundy allegedly owed to the Federal Government.

Did you know that the BLM has been found liable for trial for animal cruelty for doing to horses what they did to Bundy's cattle with their helicopters?

If it had been you or me, we would be in jail for animal cruelty.

Within the closure area, escorted media viewing opportunities will be made available for BLM/NPS credentialed media during the impoundment operation.

These people are frightening. It is as if they live in another country.

The BLM calls these “public lands”, but the public (citizens) are prohibited from accessing them.

When I posted this, I was thinking the same as you about that media area. How weird! I wonder if the media went along with it.

They think “they” is the “public” and we simple citizens cannot ever be the “public” because we are each only one person. They is the unity and we is the diversity.

Or some such nonsense as that.

It’s good to understand that. I remember watching what happened in Ukrain a couple months ago. I thought it was over when Yanukovych house was ransacked. I bet the Ukrainian people that it was over too. That was only the beginning. It was certainly wise of the government to step back. Man! I would just love to know what those guys are thinking right now!

Is the federal government using this land as collateral to secure the loans from China? How do we find out?

Me too!

We The People are no longer afraid.

If they push just a little harder, we won't be idle either.

Go here and read the documents associated with this project. The word “Juggernaut” doesn’t begin to describe the scope of this project. It had “Democratic Agenda” written all over it.

They murdered some kid on a bike about 3 weeks ago because he rode down into the closed area.

Consider, about 8-10 years back (I don’t remember exactly) the State of Mexico passed a law that stripped land ownership rights nationwide. See how simple it makes oil/mineral rights => you don’t have any land rights -period. Then governments owns all the land and hence all the rights to the land. If the own it they can sell it or collateralize it or hypothosize it. It only takes a vote and a stroke of a pen.

If the flash Justice Roberts his NSA file again he’ll say it’s constitutional.
