Given that the Muslim Brotherhood fully intends to subvert the Constitution that it uses as protection by which to violate the unalienable rights of the people, they are no longer participants in the social contract that is the Constitution and are therefore no longer deserving of its protection. They deserve no First Amendment protection under the Free Exercise Clause.
