The very strongest woman can only hope to compete with a well below average male in physical stamina.
Combat is not crossfit. It is a fight to the death with whatever is at hand, even if all you have is bare hands. Combat is no place for any girl, not if you want to live and win.
Yes, many of the better women in the CrossFit world would be able to hold themselves in combat training, especially if they already held military backgrounds.
yeah? how do they feel about having their period in the field and vaginal and/or UTI infections??? it's not all about strength, the field is a dirty place...
