It seems that is the point a lot of people don’t get. Just because some politician and/or bureaucrat make some law and some judge decides it is lawful does not make it so!

Basically, the Feds are giving the Nuremberg Defense.
The Nazis tried this line of reason, ‘Befehl ist Befehl’.
If the Feds continue their hard line over extreme interpretations of the Constitution, this will not end well.
I hope no one dies over a few mouthfuls of grass in a forsaken desert and a totalitarian view of the Constitution, just to try to get a hot deal for Sen. Reid and his son and the Red Chinese.
